Summary

By submitting your details and requesting a quote, you agree that:

  • Your details will be shared with Mr Brightside for the purpose of providing a quote and carrying out services.

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide and may be adjusted if details differ on inspection.

  • Payment is due directly to Mr Brightside on their agreed terms.

  • Cancellations and refunds are handled fairly and reasonably by Mr Brightside.


1. Services

All work is carried out by Mr Brightside. Inicio Digital only provides the enquiry form and passes your details to Mr Brightside.


2. Quotes

Quotes are based on the information you provide. If property details differ when inspected, Mr Brightside may amend the quote before work begins.


3. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate details of your property and access.

  • Ensure access is available at the agreed date and time.

  • Inform Mr Brightside of any restrictions, hazards, or requirements.


4. Payments

  • Payment is made directly to Mr Brightside.

  • Payment terms (e.g. on completion, within 7 days) will be agreed with them.


5. Cancellations

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if cancelling or rescheduling.

  • Mr Brightside may reschedule due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.


6. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds are at the discretion of Mr Brightside.

  • Disputes should be raised directly with them. If unresolved, Inicio Digital Ltd may assist with mediation.


7. Liability

Inicio Digital is not liable for the services carried out. Responsibility for quality, timing, and outcomes rests with Mr Brightside.


8. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. The current version will always be available at this link.
